Phase 1 Calm
In the beginning, we’re overwhelmed, exhausted and stressed. It’s impossible to eliminate all challenges in our lives; however, we can start by developing a calm in the midst of daily anxieties. Phase 1 Calm focuses on practical strategies and mindful perspectives that help us discover a sense of ease and restore our connection with ourselves.
Phase 2 Detox
It’s natural to go through daily life on autopilot, doing things the way we’ve always done them without a second thought. Phase 2 Detox helps us let go of perspectives, habits and behaviors that are getting in the way of health and happiness. We can make conscious life choices in a way that supports our work, our relationships and our well-being.
Phase 3 Rejuvenate
Our bodies and minds go through various phases, but our busy lives don’t always take that into account. Inevitably, there are days when we have less energy, less concentration and less motivation! Phase 3 Rejuvenate focuses on creating space in our schedules for rest, mindful movement and proper nourishment, which renews our energy, concentration and motivation.
Phase 4 Balance
Many of us often work too much, and we don’t prioritize adequate rest, self-care and nourishment. When we put our work and duties above everything else, we deprive ourselves of proper nourishment, harm our relationships and sabotage our health. Phase 4 Balance focuses on managing stress and prioritizing self-care, which are fundamental in restoring balance in ourselves and in our lives.
Phase 5 Energize
When we neglect self-care and live with ongoing chronic stress, we have less energy, clarity, motivation and enthusiasm. Phase 5 Energize focuses on reducing stress and increasing our energy. We learn how to be peacefully absorbed in the present moment, full of lasting energy and free from the struggle. With renewed clarity, enthusiasm and motivation, we harness the power to improve our health and our lives.

By observing when we feel balanced and when we feel imbalanced, we can start to identify our own obstacles to inner peace and harmony. Phase 6 Harmonize helps us navigate our inner world of thoughts, sensations and emotions. We will cultivate trust, compassion and loving kindness toward ourselves and others to help us live in harmony and express our most vibrant, creative and authentic selves!
